FAQ
Node Types / Network Overview
| Type | Description | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| IEPL Dedicated Line | A private cross-border leased line provided by carriers. It does not use the public internet and does not pass through the GFW. It is very stable and offers low latency. Available in China Mobile / China Unicom / China Telecom lines. | Recommended when cross-border connectivity is weak or the connection becomes slow during peak hours |
| Direct Nodes | Your device connects directly to overseas nodes. Performance depends on the international network quality in your city. | Recommended for regions with strong cross-border connectivity, such as Shanghai and Guangdong |
Node Selection Tips
If cross-border access is slow or unstable during peak hours, use IEPL
Example: User -> Shenzhen data center -> (IEPL dedicated line) -> Hong Kong data center -> overseas
IEPL is available on China Mobile / China Unicom / China Telecom lines:
Using the same carrier usually gives the best performance. Cross-carrier traffic may be affected by QoS.If cross-border network quality is already good, use direct nodes
Direct nodes usually perform well in regions such as Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Fujian.

TikTok not working?
TikTok can detect Chinese carriers, so it may not work properly in mainland China.
Solutions:
- Remove the SIM card.
- Change your phone's region settings to a non-mainland China region.
Can't access ticketing websites?
Ticketing websites usually have strict IP requirements and often require a local residential IP. You can try using residential nodes in Japan or the United States when purchasing tickets.
Can't change the IP location shown in social apps?
Most social apps use strict risk-control systems to prevent abuse, fraud, and other suspicious behavior. In most cases, you need to use a residential IP for a long time to build account trust before the displayed IP location can change.

App Store says the account is disabled when updating the app
When updating the app, this message usually appears because the current Apple ID is different from the Apple ID originally used to download the app.
Solution:
Uninstall the app first, then install it again.
Free nodes disconnect frequently?
- Free nodes allow up to 1 GB of traffic per connection.
- The IP addresses of free nodes are updated from time to time. If the connection drops, you can watch an ad to continue using them.
Connected, but no internet access?
vmess nodes (dedicated-line nodes) may fail if your phone's system time is inaccurate. Search for the current Beijing time, and if the difference is more than 2 minutes, reset your phone's date and time.
Permission issue 1: The first time you connect, your phone will ask for VPN permission. If you deny it, the app may show as connected but there will be no internet access. Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
Permission issue 2: If the app worked normally before but later connects without internet access, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then restart your phone.
iOS purchase failed?
Due to policy restrictions, Apple IDs from mainland China cannot make in-app purchases. Please use an Apple ID from another region. Users in mainland China can also purchase membership services through the official dashboard.
