BigBearVPN Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

Thank you for using BigBearVPN. To protect your rights, please read this agreement carefully before using the auto-renewal service.

1. Description of Auto-Renewal Service

BigBearVPN provides an auto-renewal service. With your consent to this agreement, the system will automatically renew your BigBearVPN subscription purchased via the Apple App Store before it expires, and extend your service period.

2. Subscription Period

The auto-renewal service subscription period includes monthly, quarterly, annual, etc., as shown on the App Store page.

3. Renewal Rules

• The subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple will deduct the fee from your iTunes account.
• After a successful renewal, the subscription period will be automatically extended.
• To cancel auto-renewal, please operate in iTunes/Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancellation, the service within the current period will not be affected.

4. Fee Description

• Subscription fees are subject to the prices published on the App Store.
• Fees are charged directly by Apple. BigBearVPN will not charge you any additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

• All subscriptions purchased through the App Store are subject to Apple's relevant policies.
• For refunds, please contact Apple customer service.

6. Service Changes and Termination

• BigBearVPN reserves the right to adjust service content, prices, and agreement terms as needed, with prior notice in the app or on the official website.
• In case of force majeure or policy reasons that prevent the continuation of the service, BigBearVPN reserves the right to terminate the service.

7. Others

• The right to interpret and modify this agreement belongs to BigBearVPN.
